Elfie is a private GBP Cranes service operated by Horizon AI. Access and processing are governed by the applicable services agreement and GBP's approved operating policies.
Messages sent directly to Elfie and its replies may be recorded for conversation continuity, authorised support and audit. Access is restricted by role. Records follow the applicable retention and deletion controls. Elfie does not collect unrelated Teams chats or meeting transcripts.
Original accounting and mailbox records remain in Xero and Microsoft 365. Approved rules and minimum audit metadata may be retained; temporary raw content is deleted when no longer required. Client data is not used to train general or third-party AI models.
